Italian Buffet

Sharko's caters to the entire Valley of the Sun and can assist in all necessary resources (china, linens, tables, chairs, banquet facilities, tents, DJ's, Florists, photographers, ice sculptures, etc.) required to make your event a success.


For the corporate or industrial clients, Sharko's offers menus to serve weekday morning or lunch meetings, seminars and training sessions. Sharko's can also accommodate evening dinners for awards ceremonies, installations, retirements, fun filled picnics, and employee appreciation parties.


In addition to our corporate catering, we offer exceptional services to the social scene (Weddings, Anniversaries, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties) which often requires extensive creativity and flexibility. Selections may be made from our preset menus or customized to suit personal tastes and budget. Samples may be provided upon your request.

Boneless breast of chicken with fresh herbs served in our

signature lemon sauce.

 

Chicken Marsala

Boneless breast of chicken with mushrooms and a Marsala wine sauce.

 

Cheese and Spinach Ravioli

in an herb de France sauce.

Boneless breast of chicken in a brandied cream sauce with artichokes
